Extra Nots/Rules for Arabic Thread .

Guys Please do not put me in an awkward sitiuation, I always tried politen bad words, this time I will admit previous requests, but then no longer. Here is the rule:

I will not translate or help in filling up a request of movie that is mainly contains
     sexual scenes. It is ok if it has suddenly some of them, but I am bothered from
     movies contains plenty of them in which I have a hard time thinking of politness
     words.

I am trying to do the best although I am really so busy.
     forgive me guys if I am late or not so fast in translation.
     You can be sure your requests filled up with a period of 15-20 days at most.

As you know, there are differences between English
    and Arabic language, i.e. Speaking to a man or woman like the phrase
    ("You eat" in English can be said to both, but in arabic it is not the same). So,
    I hope you ignore these non-meant mistakes, especially what harden
    my mission is translating  non-existent movies.

dear i wonder if anyone can help me for using softwares for puting or editing arabic subtitles for any dvd movies.

i m new on using this kind of softwares and i m deadly condition to learn fast as i can for this kind of softwares... for arabic subtitle creater

i download subtitle workshop.. i think tht software maybe fullfill my needs..
for example i have movie MIMAMI VICE, i already download its Arabic subtitle for this site...
now how i put  this or edit it on movie.( tht the important thing and i dont know about tht).
i will b really thank full if anyone help me for tht..

beside this i have 2 other request if anyone can help me for tht...one is how i creat menus for anydvd movie... e.g if i download any movie it will be without menu so how i create a menus for any movies. plz let me know easily and professional way to create a dvd movie menus

2cond thing is how do i make dvd9 to dvd5.. the tool which will allow even a protected dvd9 to fix it on dvd5.

actually this wasn't the right place to ask but i'll reply to you because you asked kindly.

1. as regards subtitleworkshop please read this article: http://divxstation.com/article.asp?aId=103
it is a very useful guide written by one of our users. also feel free to check our software and articles section as a whole because you may find other useful advice.

2. you can make menus using dvd lab pro. you can make static menu backgrounds with text in adobe photoshop, save them as .psd because you need them in layers, then import them in dvd lab pro, where you can also import the original video, audio, subtitles and recompile your dvd without re-encoding it. in case you better pass from dvd9 to dvd5 first then add your menu. see 3. for that.
http://forum.videohelp.com/ is a great source as regards dvd making. i follow this guide too: http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/mpg/photoshop.htm as regards menu making, and this one: http://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=219535 to understand how to demux video and audio, import them in dvd lab pro then recompile your dvd. ignore part 3 of the guide and simply add your menu and you're done.

3. the easiest way is to use dvd shrink, a free application you can google for. my advice is never compress at more than 66% and always make a deep analysis before shrinking because the result will be better. in case, you can disable audio tracks you don't need to make the video quality even better. however there are other ways, but you would have to do a manual re-encode. once i was advised for a program called Diko. i have never tried it yet, but i guess you can find other info on http://forum.videohelp.com/ about it.

4. a personal advice in case you want to make a dvd from an avi look for ConvertXtoDVD. you can make a dvd with a menu there which will be ugly, DON'T add subtitles there because the colours will be messed up,but then you can import the dvd in dvd lab pro without that menu and add your own.

the complete path to follow is the following:

- from avi to dvd in ConvertXtoDVD with an ugly menu and no subtitles
OR
- from dvd9 to dvd5 with dvdshrink or just use your original dvd if it is already a dvd5

- burn the dvd to a dvd-rw

- decrypt the main film using dvd decrypter following this guide's settings: http://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=219535 and import the video and audio in dvd lab pro, add your subtitles, create the video chapters there
create your own menu using this guide: http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/mpg/photoshop.htm

- import the menu in dvd lab pro and compile your dvd.
