anyway ..how did u change the place of the pagefile ?
did u copy it somewhere else ,or did u change the place its supposed to be written from within windows ?

right click my computer--> properties--> advanced--> performance options--> change

now personally I have the lower and higher values the same (minimses defragmention of the pagefile)
and I have it on its OWN partition (a 2gb hidden one)
Ms recommends the size should be 1x1.5 the amount of memory u have...

for example if u have 512 , then it should be 768mb for the pagefile
and if u have 1gig ram, then the pf should be 1500mb

set is to 1536/1536 and moved the location, not the file itself and also rebooted, didn't work unfortunatly
