I would like to express my frustration with this. I have requested several movie titles for English subtitle. No one has post up English subtitle for those movies that I had requested. I'm asking why it takes so long to do that? Those movies that I requested has several foreign subtitles but no English subtitle. Why is that? Please help me to understand why no English subtitles for those movies that I had requested.

there could be a few reasons. sometimes people take subtitles from dvds, but on official releases there may be no english subtitles of any kind. so sometimes other people decide to make subs, but they may make them only for films they like or they're interested into.

of course i can't remember all the requests for english subtitles, since there are hundreds, so if you wanna send me your request list by mail i'll see what i can do.

i don't know what else i could do to help.

As far as I remember, I even searched for your requested subs all over the net, but at that time, none has been available. You're lucky though:
In January there was a new subtitle for beowulf and grendel. Here:

May I remind you that this is not a restaurant where you can just order.
We look for the subtitles on the request list from time to time, and if we spot one, we usually contact the person. If not, we don't. Easy as that.
