Im looking for a program which can make subtitles in divx movies...

If you by "making" mean that you have a DVD with subs and you want to make them into a .srt file, you use SubRip

If you mean that you want to translate a film from swahili to danish, the best way is to get at least an english sub, load it in Subtitle Translator and translate it into danish. In that way you have the time-stamps and "only" have to translate the text
