Although some of the other articles here are very descriptive and helpful in helping one to change your Nokia Operator Logo, I found an easier one.
I have been all tangled up in wires and cables and this or that other software but i found an easy way was just to SMs it to myself, I found a site that allows you to do this for free (or at least they give you free credits when you sign up sufficient for you to send several logos to yourself):

Fast and free and simple.
